- Roundtrip, economy air travel for you and your guest from your home city to Liberia, Costa Rica. Air travel reservations will follow AspenTech’s air travel policy. The event team will provide details to the travel team for any exceptions
- Accommodations for four nights at the Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo
- Airport transfers to/from the Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo on group arrival (October 4) and group departure (October 8) dates
- Hosted leisure activities for you and your guest on Saturday and Sunday
